The annual Canal Winchester Labor Day Festival is Ohio's largest and longest running Labor Day celebration - maybe even the oldest in the nation! What began in 1920 as a small gathering called the Fall Festival is now a local tradition that attracts over 40,000 visitors each year.
The festival offers something for everyone. The food always is the most popular attraction. It is hard to walk through the festival without grabbing something to eat.
During the day, activities focus on the kids. There are rides, games, and even a visit from the Zoo! Every evening there are bands for the older crowd. Don't miss the car show, beer tent, and several dozen vendors.
The event for all ages is the Labor Day parade. There are hundreds of entries for everyone to enjoy! The parade has state and local entries that are sure to delight.
